Now you have to file a F.E.D. (Forcible Entry and Detainer)

Speaker: Tia Politi will answer all these questions and many more. 
         
Tia and her husband have owned and operated rentals since 2003. Tia is currently the lead property manager for Acorn Property Management In Springfield.  She manages 400 rental units as well as her own properties. In addition to serving on the ROA Board as chair of programming, and co-chair of the education and bulletin committees,  she volunteers for St. Vincent de Paul teaching Renter's Rehab.
