Linn-Benton Rental Housing Association offer memberships for landlords and property managers in Linn and Benton Counties .

Your dues are for a 1 year membership in LBRHA. The cost is based on the number of rentals you own or manage. Please choose the membership level that corresponds to that number. After picking your level you'll have the choice to pay your annual dues online with your credit or debit card. You can also print your invoice and mail your check.

Advertising with the Linn-Benton Rental Housing Association is a low cost way to reach rental owners and property managers in Linn and Benton Counties. Please choose Level 8 - Advertising

Level 3 - 25 to 60 Units - $155.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Up to 2 family members and/or employees with up to 60 rental units

Level 4 - 61 to 99 Units - $215.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Up to 3 family members and/or employees with up to 99 rental units

Level 5 - 100 to 249 Units - $275.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Up to 4 family members and/or employees with 100 or more rental units

Level 6 - 250-499 Units - $345.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
