    Jason Miller is a licensed Principal Broker with over 10 years of property management and real estate sales experience. He is the past president of the Oregon Rental Housing Association and currently the President of the Linn Benton Rental Housing Association.

    • Is complex and has high penalties for landlord error
    • Requires education for everyone

    Fair Housing for Landlords

    Speaker: Diane Hess, Fair Housing Council of Oregon


    Housing discrimination is a serious and common issue in the rental housing market. Landlords often do not recognize how their own practices and biases measure up against state and federal fair housing laws. . Diane will provide real-world examples and offer guiding principles to help landlords understand their responsibilities. Come and learn in a friendly environment with time for questions and discussion. New landlords or those considering becoming a landlord are strongly encouraged to attend!
