Ryan Barker, Lead Program Coordinator for "Oregon Health Authority" will be educating us on:

• Lead-base Paint Disclosure Rule
• Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule
• Pre-Renovation Rule
  

Ryan will educate us on the EPA and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) rules on lead-based paint for pre-1978 housing.   OHA's has regulatory and enforcement authority over landlords and property management companies who disturb lead-based paint.
