As of March 1, and assuming no additional legislative changes, the Emergency Period Balance becomes due and owing once again.
At the end of this course, attendees should know how to prepare, file and serve small claims documents, respond to a small claims action served against them, use the mediation process to resolve the case before trial, prepare for trial, and collect on any money judgments rendered.
Tia is a licensed property manager with more than 18 years of management experience in both private and subsidized housing.
She is the President of the Oregon Rental Housing Association, is a Forms Committee Chair, and serves as Secretary of ORHA Education,. Inc another non-profit dedicated to providing impartial fact-based education to both renters and housing providers. She also serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Lane ROA
