By the end of this course, attendees should be able to create, understand and apply the use of objective policies and procedures, avoid creating waiver, handle the unusual or out-of-the-ordinary request or problem, and deal with tenant disputes, including practice language for avoiding accusations of partiality or discrimination, and tenant privacy.
