Fair Housing for Housing Providers

Presented by the Fair Housing Council of Oregon

Federal, state, and local fair housing laws prohibit rental housing
owners, and landlords from discriminating against protected
groups in any aspect of residential renting activities. This training
is intended to educate rental housing providers about fair housing
concepts to prevent housing discrimination.

This training will cover Fair Housing Law basics, including clarification on recent updates as well as all relevant protected classes. We will also take a closer look at the familial status protected class.

Sponsored by the City of Corvallis in partnership with the City of Albany and the Linn-Benton Rental Housing Association.
