As a property manager, I have frequently assumed responsibility for properties when independent owners encounter challenging and overwhelming circumstances. Through this experience, I am often able to quickly identify the underlying issues that led to those situations. This course is designed to highlight and address the most common mistakes property owners make, providing practical insight to help prevent similar outcomes.
