Fair Housing Training For Housing Providers
Presented by the Oregon Fair Housing Council
This 2 hour training will cover the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA)’s curriculum requirements, including Fair Housing Law basics (federal and state protected classes, types of housing discrimination, examples, etc.), important updates such as SB599, and some information on the results of recent fair housing testing conducted in Corvallis by the Fair Housing Council of Oregon (FHCO).
